You won't truly appreciate the value of life and good health the moment you are eating the same meal daily or presumably having soaked garri without additions daily.

Appreciate God, Appreciate Life, appreciate your existence, appreciate your good health, appreciate what you have, appreciate whatever seems good to you. Learn to appreciate if you are the type that grumbles a lot. 

If the rich can stop death and severe ailment with their wealth, I believe these will only be meant for the poor. 

Even if you are yet to live your best life, appreciate your being and life. Existing, and eating what you have even if it is not what you desire, deserves to be relished. 

Imagine being hospitalized, struggling to recover. Would you worry about food preferences or desire healing? Because you are alive, you have choices. Don't take them for granted. 

Of course, everyone desires a better life but find gratitude in your current situations. Trust in the timing of your life. Always appreciate every moment. Be content with what you have and what you've achieved.

Cultivate GRATITUDE, and you will find peace.
