He identified High Blood Pressure, Hepatitis and kidney related diseases as some of the silent killers which can strike on short notice. He advised the participants to ensure they go for periodic medical examinations to put these diseases at bay.

Mrs. Patience Madu, former Coordinator of the Prayer Group and member of Service of Communion Ota Deanery, used the occasion to point out that one major challenge the Charismatic Movement is facing in the Catholic Church is the notion that Charismatic Renewal Movement is an Igbo organization. She said that the Charismatic Renewal Movement is open to all Catholics and urged the faithful not to discriminate against one another as all are one in the Lord.

The programme ended with thanksgiving on Sunday, August 10. This was followed with cutting of the anniversary cake, cultural dance and refreshments.
