He encouraged the faithful to identify the strongholds in their lives, and deal with them by rejecting all forms of negative life patterns that are capable of separating them from God. He pointed out that aligning one's thought process with God's will is a sure way of winning God's favour.

The Parish Priest of the newly created St Theresa's parish Ilo Awela Ota, Fr. Peter Ogiator was on hand to assist in anchoring the programme.  He commended the priests and parishioners of St. Peter's Ota on the revival and encouraged the parishioners to let their experience of the revival bear fruits in their lives.

He enjoined the participants to maintain the newness they experienced during the biannual programme and be steadfast in spreading the transformative message of the new life and a restored relationship with God, which they experienced at the revival.
