The Catholic Women's Organization of Nigeria (CWON) of St. Peter's Catholic Church, along  Iganmode Road, Ota, Ogun State, Abeokuta Diocese, has mapped out a series of activities to celebrate the 2025  Mother's Day on Sunday, March 30.

According to the parish's CWON Secretary, Mrs. Uche Nkwocha, there will be spiritual and social activities such as attending the weekday Masses, visiting the aged amongst them and gathering at the Grotto to pray with candles after the evening Mass. 

There will also be a lecture on the topic ‘MENOPAUSE.’ The social activities will comprise different types of outdoor games such as football and handball between the women and the parish's CMO - Catholic Men Organization.

Mrs. Nkwocha urged the parishioners to keep a date with the CWON as there will be plenty of presentations to entertain everyone on the D-Day.
