Your crown of success awaits you in the hands of God. Go for it and let nothing stops you from claiming it! That which you are wearing as you lie low is a false crown. When Jesus Christ was about to complete His mission on earth as a man, they gave Him a false crown calling Him the King of the Jews but He patiently completed His journey and was given His right crown in heaven.

Life has stages, after you are born, you have to seat, craw, stand and walk but all are not achievable same day: They are in stages. For some who have passion and enthusiasm for this process, they get to their place of calling quicker than others. Some children are able to walk before they attain the age of 10 months while others may delay till they attain 18 months. In the same vein, some people search for their vocation endlessly because of misplacement of priority.

You are looking forward to something outside to help you but God has placed something within you to help you bring about your fulfilment, that’s your faith in God. As soon as you start to believe in good things, they will start to happen in your life. God is waiting for you to discover His presence in your life, so, why not shine your eyes of faith today?

You are pregnant with miracles, your wholeness, favours, talents, victory. Even if you have not seen signs now, at God’s appointed time, you will surely see them. Yes, you will discover what you are created for. What God started, He will finish it but make sure, you are not a hindrance to these impossibilities becoming possible.

You may be struggling with one ailment or another, it could be poverty, fruit of the womb, lack of life partner, Do not abort your miracle with your mouth because of your disbelief. Believe in the promise of God and it will come to pass. Don’t allow your present state to reprogram you against your destiny. They are mere trials to strengthen you for your journey to great height. 

Jeremiah 29:11-14 says, “I alone know the plans I have for you, plans to bring you prosperity and not disaster, plans to bring about the future you hope for. Then you will call to me. You will come and pray to me, and I will answer you. You will seek me, and you will find me because you will seek me with all your heart. Yes, I say you will find me, and I will restore you to your land.”

Jesus had to go to the wilderness, fast and pray for 40 days to know the Father’s plan for Him. And thereafter, He started His mission of our redemption and salvation even to the extent of dying for us on the Calvary to pay the penalty on our behalf. As a follower of Christ, it is expected of us to align our will with that of God to enable us be in the right direction for the purpose we are created.

Do you know that many people were envious of the apostles and disciples because of their closeness to Jesus, yet, Cleopas and his colleague had the courage to walk away? But when Jesus rescued them they remained faithful to the end. Yes, we are not qualified for the call but God qualified us for the mission. So, let us rise up and follow Jesus, the way, the truth and life for our salvation and He will give us the crown. We surely have no other friend like Jesus!

Most of us are like Cleopas and his Companion who withdrew from the eleven apostles and disciples  and left for Emmaus. But Our Saviour Jesus Christ in His kindness walked up to them to recover His lost sheep. Let us examine our consciences sincerely to know if we are truly following Christ or pretending to be His followers. If you are not, please call on Jesus to bring you to His fold before it is too late because time and tide wait for no man.

In Luke 13:34 Jesus said, “How many times have I wanted to put my arms round all you people, just as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings but you would not let me!” Cleopas and his colleague changed for good when they encountered Jesus that night and their faith in Him became stringer than ever before. Have you changed for good and remain a true follower of Christ?

Jesus who took on the form of man and lived with us as a human being accepted to die for our sins that we may have eternal life is still moving around to gather us for His Father. So, let us love and follow Him as Mary Magdalene did to enable us produce fruits that will last. 

As a child of God, you are a royal prince with royal blood in you but you have to rediscover yourself to identify the type and size of crown destine for you, then pick it up and wear it before Christ’s second coming. We need God’s grace to realise that happiness does not consist in the riches of the world but in living in accordance with the values of the Word of God.

Lord Jesus, as You recovered Cleopas and his colleague and bring them back to Your Fold, kindly bring back those who have gone astray and help us to know the Father’s love to enable us love divinely, hope joyfully and believe  mightily forever in Jesus Mighty Name!  With God all things are possible!  

“Since Christ suffered physically, you too must strengthen yourselves with the same way of thinking that He had; because whoever suffers physically is no longer involved with sin. From now on, then, you must live the rest of your lives controlled by God’s will and not by human desires. If you suffer because you are a Christian, don’t be ashamed of it, but thank God that you bear Christ’s name.” 1 Peter 4:1-2, 16.
