Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled –

This beatitude calls us to be in right relationship with God and with others, by being truthful, merciful, just and compassionate.

It also means the blessedness of those who work in spite of the sufferings/discomfort it brings them, in order to make this world a place of truth, justice, peace and love.
