On Sunday, February 9, 2025, the Catholic Women Organization (CWO) of St. Felix Catholic Church, Tire-Adara Estate, Akuru, inaugurated its new executive team. The ceremony was officiated by the Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Ogboli.

In his remarks, Rev. Fr. Ogboli encouraged the women to support their leaders, attend meetings, and participate in programs initiated by the new executives. He emphasized the significance of CWO in the Parish and invited all women who have not yet joined the organization to do so.

Rev. Fr. Ogboli expressed gratitude to the women for their contributions to the Parish, including their involvement in the Choir, Church ward, and other activities. He urged the new executive team to serve the church diligently, utilizing their time, treasure, and talents.

The newly inaugurated executive are Mrs Immaculate Ikemaria, President, Mrs Ruth Sosanya Vice President I, Mrs. Patricia Adegbola, Vice President II, Mrs. Francisca Ayanleke Genereal Secretary, Mrs Josephine Adeigbe Asst General Secretary, Mrs Julianah Odebunmi Treasurer, Mrs Mary Nwaeze, Financial Secertary,  Mrs. Valentina Aigbirere Social Officer  I, Mrs. Edith Ekechukwu, Social Officer II, Mrs Mary Afolayan  P. R. O I, Mrs Elizabeth Omotosho P. R. O II, Mrs. Janet Afolayan Welfare Officer, Mrs Lovelyn Stephen Provost Officer and Mrs Josephine Njoku Ex-officio.
