LIVING THE BEATITUDES

Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven – This beatitude calls us to place our complete trust in God to provide for our needs. This requires a spiritual detachment from material wealth. Furthermore, blessed are those who do not possess the goods of this world, those who share their processions with others and those who sincerely know their dependence in God solely.
