The Lay faithful of St Anne Parish, ldo comprising St Anne Catholic Church, St Nicholas Catholic Church, Elenusonso, St Peter Catholic Church, Gbagbe, and St Cecilia Catholic Church, Abemo trooped out in their large number to celebrate this year’s PALM SUNDAY in the spirit of the Lenten Season towards the PASSION WEEK

In his homily, the Parish Priest, Reverend Father Francis Oyetunji advised the parishioners not to make the mistake that Judas Iscariot made.

He admonished all to make use of the Sacrament of Reconciliation with GOD. He emphasized the rewards of making reparations for the atonement of sins as witnessed in the character of Peter who did not allow his vision to be blurred.

Reverend Father Francis Oyetunji implored all not to allow sins to distract them. He enjoined all to strive to make efforts to live in peace and harmony with one another.

Melodious and soulful songs rendered by the combined Choirs of the Parish saw different dancing steps of the Parishioners in Thanksgiving for witnessing this year PALM SUNDAY
