There is no doubt that playing equipment is essential for holistic child development for it promotes physical strength, cognitive growth, and social-emotional skills through active play.

On the 9th of February, 2026 Rev. Fr. Callistus Kayode Afolabi the Chaplain of Franciscan Nursery and Primary School, Igangan blessed the new sport equipment and the new playing gadgets.

It was an interesting day for the pupils as each of them began to display their talents in different ways. The equipment will create avenue for the children to learn more creativity, sharing, cooperation and confidence.
